Boosting ProdOps Effectiveness: Metatool for a low-code model-driven Product Management Space construction

Author
Abstract

As a company grows in size, Product Management can be a difficult task: various teams may use different tools and not talk to each other enough. If information cannot flow easily between them, it can lead to issues and make Product Management less efficient. This thesis introduces a novel metatool designed for Product Operations teams, aiming to consolidate product artifacts into a unified Product Management Space, effectively enhancing coordination, communication, and overall efficiency. By adopting a low-code, model-driven approach, the metatool simplifies the creation of customized Spaces in Fibery, addressing both internal and external challenges faced by Product Management. This innovation means a fundamental shift towards unified Product Management, presenting a solution with the potential to reshape practices in small to medium-sized businesses, improving their product development process. We have done this work together with our partner Constructor Technology.
