While each person used 204kg of processed trees in 2012, the figure was down to 188kg in 2016 – when the total national consumption added up to nearly 1.6 million tons". Given all the businesses and how important to use the technology and the importance of monitoring paper consumption this thesis focused on food and beverage suppliers’ business and especially one part of the business; after taking customers’ orders by starting preparing the orders till delivering to customers, the performance of the company for 4 years without using the proposed technology (Software) and their revenue and their performance results after using software, stating their expenses and revenue. In addition to showing by numbers how to use technology to improve our daily work and how this could affect the business in different points: Simplicity, Flexibility, Time, Human error rate, Efficiency, Satisfaction of the users, Customers satisfaction and Cost (Revenue and Expenses). This software contributes greatly in transforming Petracca to go green.
